Quality photographs will let you see clearly what the property has to offer, and our accompanied viewings will give you the full guided tour plus the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the property, the location or the tenancy.

References

We work alongside a specialist external referencing agency to obtain references on our behalf. They’ll contact your employer and current/previous landlord and each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the property. These checks are an essential and standard part of the letting process for our landlords’ peace of mind.

Sears are members of The Deposit Protection Service, and all our properties comply with the latest guidelines and requirements of the NICEIC and Gas Safe with all certification checked before the property is marketed.
