Jess Beard

Jess has worked in the lettings industry since 2001, spending over 20 years as a Lettings Manager before moving into Property Management, where she has spent the last five years overseeing and running the management side of the business. Jess is passionate about building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, and no two days are ever quite the same, which is a part of the job that she enjoys most. Jess lives with her husband in Sandhurst in a house that they built. Well, he built it and she “helped”! But they survived the experience and have been together for 31 years. They both love to go on holiday, and out to good restaurants or a cosy country pub.
