In order to adhere to social distancing measures we regret that we are unable to accept unarranged visits to our branches. We therefore ask that you contact the relevant branch in advance to confirm when you wish to visit and to discuss the reasons so that we can provide the best possible resolution to ensure the safety of our staff and you.
If a face-to-face visit is arranged please note that you will be required to wear a face covering whilst in the branch and will need to sanitise your hands upon entry.
Virtual & Video Viewings
We continue to provide either Virtual Tours or Video Walk throughs for all of our properties currently being marketed to allow potential buyers to filter suitable properties more accurately.
In accordance with the latest Government guidelines all physical visits to view properties should only be arranged if there is a "genuine need" for that appointment to take place ‘now’ and not after the current restrictions are lifted.
Face to Face Property Viewings
If you physically visit a property with either a member of staff or the sellers then the following rules apply:
On the day of the appointment you may be contacted and asked to confirm that neither you or anyone in your household are displaying any of the known Covid-19 symptoms, self-isolating or been in contact with anyone in the last 10 days that has been asked to self-isolate.

In accordance with current regulations we will continue to offer Virtual Valuations to all clients to discuss your property and our range of services and establish the timescales you need to work to.
Once again the latest Government guidelines state that physical visits should only take place if there is a genuine need for the property to be marketed ‘now’ and cannot be deferred until after the current restrictions are lifted.
When a genuine need has been established and if you decide to appoint Bond Residential as your selling agent then we will arrange a face to face meeting to prepare the marketing material, take photographs and film the Virtual Tours and Video Viewing. All documentation will be sent to you electronically and must be completed prior to the appointment.
