|Carry out viewings with prospective tenants|
|Upon finding a suitable tenant, carry out full
credit referencing through an external,
accredited referencing agency
|Prepare all documentation including the
|Collect the first month's rent
and security deposit
|Arrange a full tenant signed inventory
at the landlords request to include all
|Liaise with the tenant towards the end of the
tenancy to clarify if they would like to renew
the tenancy. If they decide not to renew during
the last 2 months of the tenancy the property
will be back onto the market.
|Finalise details for the release of the deposit
to include the organisation of any cleaning
or repairs required
|Set up a standing order for all future rental
payments to be made to the relevant party
|Pay monthly rental payments directly to the
landlord and provide a full monthly
|Carry out property inspections during the
tenancy to check the general condition of the
property and provide a full report to the Landlord
|Arrange all maintenance repairs to be carried
out by approved contractors and obtain
quotes for approval from Landlord where necessary
