An ideal location for young families and professionals looking for a base that isn’t as hectic as inner city living, but still within easy reach of London, Bracknell is renowned for offering homeowners much more for their money than neighbouring towns and districts. The cost of buying a property in Bracknell is far more reasonable than many areas and there is a wide variety of available homes which are modern and spacious.

Bracknell has undergone extensive redevelopment in recent years; particularly in the town centre. The Lexicon has brought new shops, restaurants and bars to the area; not only making it more pleasant to visit, but more profitable for investors too.
