Ryan Heathcoat-Hartop

Ryan trained in Musical Theatre at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts (The School for Stars), so he’s an estate agent who can belt out a good tune! You’ll find him dancing about viewings and hitting all the high notes to get you securely in your new home. Ryan was born and raised in Ascot and now lives in Warfield. His passion for property actually started from a very young age, with his family being avid DIY lovers and trades people, it made perfect sense to combine his people skills with property knowledge!

If you could bring back any fashion trend, what would it be?

I would love to bring back the 1940s style, I’d never say no to looking dapper in a suit and trilby!

What would your dream house be like?

My dream house would definitely be a spacious barn conversion, with ceiling beams and a beautiful country style kitchen, all with the newest appliances for sure! An indoor pool would be pretty cool to have too.

What is your favourite season of the year and why?

Without question it has to be summer, hitting the beach and catching some rays.
