Community Matters – The Jennett's Park Story

As a local business and with a team of local people, we know how important community is, and we're very much a part of it. We also know how hard we need to work to make sure that vital community support does not become a thing of the past.

Having an annual community budget means that we take some of the responsibility on our own shoulders in the Bracknell area. As a team we get together and plan where we want the money to go and how best we can help.

One of our biggest highlights is the work we have done to help the Jennett's Park community. From sponsoring and supporting Christmas and Summer Fayres, Scarecrow Trails, football teams and the spectacular Christmas lights display, to organising Easter egg hunts and charity cakes sales, we want to ensure our relationships continue to grow and our support is consistent.

As a relatively young school and community, the Jennett's Park PTA have a large task on their hands, to make the pupils and their needs really matter but to also to bring everyone together. The dedication that we have seen by all the Mums, Dads and families has been truly inspiring and makes us proud to know that Sears has played a part in their fundraising efforts. Due to their dedication, Jennett's Park is one of the most popular communities for young families in the Bracknell area - but don't take our word for it, come and see for yourself at the next PTA event, we would love to see you there!
