Are you personable, motivated and ready to be part of a busy, successful lettings team? Sears is looking for a full-time Lettings Consultant to join our growing residential lettings department.

About the role

As our Lettings Consultant, you’ll play an important part in supporting landlords and tenants and helping match people with the right homes. No two days are quite the same - which is exactly what makes lettings such an exciting industry to be part of. You’ll be joining a friendly, driven and supportive team where your contribution will genuinely matter. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and confident communicating with a wide range of people, from landlords and applicants to tenants and colleagues.

Previous lettings experience would be desirable, but just as important is the right attitude. If you’re motivated, detail-focused and keen to develop your career within a successful local property business, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for

The ideal person will be:

  • Personable, professional and confident when dealing with clients and customers
  • Motivated, proactive and keen to get stuck in
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • A real team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-focused, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
  • Interested in developing and progressing within the property industry

The details

This is a full-time position working 8.45am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (5.00pm finish on Friday), plus alternate Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm.

We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, along with the opportunity to grow and progress as part of an ambitious, successful and supportive team.

Local travel is part of the role, so you’ll need your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
