If your application is accepted by the landlord, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including referencing, right to rent checks, tenancy paperwork, deposit payments and everything you need to know before moving in.

What documents do I need to rent a home in Bracknell or Wokingham?

You will usually need to provide photo ID, proof of your right to rent in the UK and evidence of income, such as recent payslips, bank statements or employment details. You may also be asked for an employer reference, previous landlord reference and consent for a credit check.

How much deposit will I need to pay?
