Vince started in agency in 1986 and has enjoyed a successful career with some of the country’s top companies. He spent over 20 years as MD of a local independent agent, helping grow the business from four branches in 1996 to 28 offices. More recently, he was Group Sales Director for a 50-office network across the South, then Chief Sales Officer within a small executive team brought in to facilitate the successful sale of the UK’s largest online-only agency.
Vince has been with his wife for over 35 years, and they have three amazing daughters and two dogs! Outside family and work, his main passion is supporting West Ham United, which continues to be a labour of love!
